This listing is for the Alpha® High-Performance Pneumatic Grinder. Alpha® is pleased to introduce the PSG-658 Pneumatic Grinder with a 5/8”-11 spindle. This newly developed high-performance wet pneumatic stone grinder will become an essential part of the stone fabrication shop. The PSG-658 comes with a very unique center water-feed system to deliver ample water to keep the dust down on the floor and also enhance the performance of the wheel. It is smaller and lighter than most other electric angle grinders and offers better maneuverability along with all the safety features. It is common knowledge that electric power tools do not last very long due to the stone dust or the water splash which damages them easily. This is why most of the polishers nowadays are pneumatic-driven polishers. The Alpha® PSG-658 is a turn-key operation that comes with 15 ft. all-weather hoses and a convenient water quick coupler with shut-off valve. In addition, the end case is made with a composite material to prevent freezing which is a common issue for hands, by the rear exhaust system, in consideration of operator comfort.

This is a high-performance, pneumatic grinding tool unlike others you have seen. The central water-feed system delivers ample water through the shower bolt (with 4 water passage holes) regardless of position. It has a no-load of 8,500 RPMs. Its 15 foot all-weather hoses remain flexibile down to -40°F or up to 140°F. The newly developed motor produces more power where you need it most. It is lightweight and ergonomically designed for comfort and better maneuverability for the operator. Designed with a spring-return throttle to avoid accidental start and the composite end case prevents freezing hands. And the silicon gear head cover provides extra cushioning and keeps hands warm. This grinder has an enhanced spindle shaft for easy tool removal and the wrench is included. It comes with a one year warranty.
